must complete two years of a foreign
language as a graduation requirement, and a
third year for collage.
Our Goal: Most of the students
completing the second year of a foreign
language will be able to utilize a variety of tenses
such as present, preterit, future,
affirmative
and negative
commands, present perfect, simple conditional,
and present of subjuntive to communicate in the
target language.
1. We will develop placement
tests to properly place students.
2. We will identify students
proficiency for proper placement.
3. We will make sure that
conjugation charts will be posted
in every Foreign language
classroom.

responsible for creating both
a placement and a benchmark
test for Spanish II.
2. Mr. Galvan will be
responsible for creating a
benchmark for Spanish I.
3. Ms. Gutierrez will be
responsible for creating both a
placement and a benchmark
test for Spanish III and
Spanish Literacy
4. Mr. Arellano will be responsible
for creating both a placement
and a benchmark test for
Spapnish IV and V.
Placement tests will be administered during
the first month of the year to those
students that are suspected of having beeen misplaced.
On the other hand, benchmark tests
will be administered at the end of each semester.
